Joseph Brenner is admitted to the New York Bar, since 1965 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Brenner has been a member of the firm (partner) of Kroll & Tract, LLP where he has been a Senior Trial Attorney handling the defense of general and product liability matters. These matters are handled from their incipient stages to trial. There is responsibility for a substantial case load as well.

Mr. Brenner was also a member (partner) of Wortman, Fumuso, Kelly, DeVerna & Snyder, Esqs. wherein he handled medical malpractice cases. This firm concentrated in that area of the law. Cases included those with the highest exposure including brain damaged baby cases were tried to a successful conclusion.

Mr. Brenner was also a member of (partner) of Rivkin, Radler and Kremer, Esqs. whereat the defense of medical malpractice cases were defended on behalf of both physicians and Hospitals. In all of the firms mentioned, depositions and other discovery were conducted.

Mr. Brenner also has wide experiences in the defense of cases involving corporate owned hospitals and nursing homes being responsible for all aspects of the defense of lawsuits brought against them when he was associated with Chester Business Services, Inc.

Mr. Brenner graduated from New York Law School in 1964 and is a member of New York State Trial Lawyer's Association and has lectured in the areas of his expertise.
